These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777mx platform, operated under the domain https://777mx.cam ("Platform", "Site", "777mx", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "Player", "You") unconditionally accept these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777mx. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 777mx website accessible at https://777mx.cam, including all pages, features, software, games and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers or uses an Account on the Platform.
• "Operator" means the entity that owns and operates the 777mx Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Operator.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the compliance controls applied by the Operator to detect and prevent financial crime.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the Operator determines that offering or accessing the Platform is not permitted.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account that prevents the Player from accessing gaming services for a specified or indefinite period.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which you are located, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Operator or any affiliated platform.
5. You must not have had a previous Account closed or suspended for fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be a current employee, officer, agent or contractor of the Operator, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Upon registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a username and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Keeping your registered details accurate and up to date at all times.

The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Sharing your Account with any third party is prohibited.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or systems to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or coordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent the Platform's normal operation.
• Using a VPN, proxy service or any other tool to disguise your geographical location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Engaging in any money-laundering activity or using the Platform to obscure the source of funds.
• Copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any other user, or any employee or representative of the Operator.
• Opening an Account while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether from this Platform or any other platform where such exclusion applies.

Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals halted pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct voided at the Operator's sole discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in the currency accepted by the Operator's cashier at the time of transaction. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balances may be available where supported.

The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• The Operator reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the name on the registered 777mx Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Processing times for withdrawals are estimates only. Actual processing times depend on the selected payment method and the Operator's current review queue.
• The Operator does not guarantee any specific processing time for deposits or withdrawals.

The Operator reserves the right to impose transaction fees, adjust limits, or restrict payment methods at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or payment provider.

From time to time, 777mx may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise specified in the specific offer terms:

• Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
• Bonus Funds must be used before Real Money Funds in most cases, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory obligations.
• Players may only participate in each Promotion once unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Multiple-account abuse of Promotions will result in Account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. General betting and gaming conditions are as follows:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding, except where the Operator determines that an error has occurred (see Error Clause below).
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, whether due to a technical fault, typographical error or feed error.
• For sports betting, the rules of the relevant sport and market apply. In the event of a conflict between general Platform rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
• Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, those odds are locked in. Partially placed or declined bets will be notified to the user.
• 777mx references cricket markets including PSL, ICC tournaments, Pakistan bilateral series and T20 events as sports context. No affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or player is implied.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets or limit winnings on any account at its sole discretion.
• For casino and slot games, the rules and RTP information are governed by the respective game provider. The Operator is not responsible for game content, RTP accuracy or software behaviour of third-party game studios.

The Operator is committed to complying with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. As a Player, you may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• When your total deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds.
• When the Operator suspects irregular activity on your Account.

All content on the 777mx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine or systematically extract any data from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application without written permission.

Game content, logos and software made available through the Platform by third-party game providers remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777mx and its operators, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill whether foreseeable or otherwise.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, errors or inaccuracies on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors or other external service providers.
• Your reliance on any content or information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes, including odds, game outcomes or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC/AML verification checks within specified timeframes.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed transactions without valid cause.
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any conduct that the Operator reasonably believes may damage its reputation or the integrity of its services.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and may void any winnings generated through the prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to any breach by the Player, any real money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where possible.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is legally registered and/or licensed to operate. The Operator will communicate the applicable governing jurisdiction upon request where permissible.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that:

• Online gambling activities may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and applicable provincial statutes.
• The Operator makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law.
• Disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the governing jurisdiction of the Operator, not Pakistani courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

777mx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players, which may include displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or sending an email to the registered address on file.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting the support team.
